How to Make:
- Bring 4 C of water + 4 C chicken, vegetable broth or bouillon to a boil.
- Add vegetable packet, lower heat & simmer for 15 minutes. Option: add 1/2 C white wine.
- Just before serving add Pasta pack. Cook for an additional 8 minutes or till pasta is al dente. Add more water or broth if needed. Option: add 2 Tbls Olive Oil.
SERVE with SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.
Other suggestions . . .
- With pasta add 1/2 crisp diced bacon or pancetta
- Add 2 C cooked garbanzo or cannellini beans
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese
- Add 2 C spinach, chard or escarole
