Wild Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms

How to Make:

  1. Rinse wild rice mixture and add to a pot with 2-1/4 Cups water + 2 Cups chicken or vegetable bouillon or broth. Stir. Add mushroom seasoning pack.
  2. Bring to a boil. Lower heat cook for 20 minutes or till rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.

SERVE with SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

Serve hot or as a stuffing with poultry, veal or pork . . . OR serve as a salad.

Other suggestions . . . just before serving:

  • Add toasted pecans
  • Mix in your favorite vinaigrette & add blue cheese, turkey, shrimp, ham
  • Add well drained kidney or navy beans
  • Add sauteed tofu cubes
