Standard delivery is most commonly via Fedex Ground. Please provide a physical address (not a P.O. Box) to ensure timely delivery. If your order can only be delivered to a P.O. Box, please place your order by phone. Just call 617-487-8019.

Delivery times east of the Mississippi range from five to 10 business days. Deliveries west of the Mississippi can take 10 to 12 business days. Shipments outside the continental U.S. will take longer; see additional information below.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our primary shipping method is FEDEX Ground. Shipments can take 6 to 12 business days to arrive, depending upon the distance from our Massachusetts warehouse. (Shipments outside the continental United States will take longer.) If you need faster delivery, please call 617-487-8019 to arrange special delivery.

Can I track my package?

Yes, but only if your order has shipped via FEDEX Ground. To find out, go to the Order Status page.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

No. Because many of our products are restricted by customs regulations and shipping requirements, we can only ship our products to U.S. addresses. If you decide to order with us, we will require a name and U.S. address of someone who can accept the order on your behalf. Be sure to check with your country’s regulations on product restrictions before you order.

Can I ship to an APO or an FPO?

Yes. Bountiful Pantry ships to APO and FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service. These orders can be placed by phone, fax or mail; however, APO and FPO orders cannot be placed online. We guarantee delivery to the package’s state-side zip code, but cannot ensure delivery beyond that.

Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes. You may ship to more than one address. Please enter each location as a separate order. If you are shipping the same items to many different people, please call us so we can set up special arrantements.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy. You may return any item for a prompt exchange. If an item fails to meet your expectation after use please let us know at info@bountifulpantry.com and include the lot number on teh bottom of the bag.
