Additional Ingredients: 4C broth, 2C cream or milk.

  1.  Add Pumpkin Chowder mix to pot with 3 Cups water + 4 Cups chicken or vegetable broth or bouillon with seasoning & vegetable packet.

    Option: add 2 potatoes peeled and cut into 1" cubes.

  2. Bring to a boil & lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 25-30 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Add 2 Cups cream or milk (dairy, soy or coconut). Heat gently til warm. Do not boil.

SERVE with SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE. Other suggestions . . .

  • Top with toasted almonds
  • Top with crumbled bacon
  • Add 1-2 Cups diced & cooked chicken breast
