This White Bean Chili mix is sure to please. Packed with flavor, you’ll love the mix of red & green bell peppers, onions, and spices to add just a touch of heat.

  1. Rinse beans. Add 3 cups water + 4 cups chicken or vegetable bouillon or broth along with seasoning packet. Stir.

    STOVE TOP: Bring to a boil. Partially cover & lower heat to medium. Cook till beans are tender, 2-3 hours.

    OR SLOW COOKER: Cook for 6-8 hours on low, OR 3-4 hours on high according to your cooker directions.
  2. OPTIONAL: Remove 2 Cups of soup and blend in a food processor or mash with a fork. Add back to soup along with the juice of 2 limes. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

SERVE with SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

Other suggestions

  • Serve with a lime wedge
  • Top with sour cream or grated cheese
  • Add cooked chicken during last 15 minutes
  • Cook with turkey sausage
  • Serve over rice
